Description

GTA Setting Manager was created to modify vehicle handling in GTA III, VC, and SA, and save your many custom handling configurations as well. You can edit many vehicles at once, and all changes are made before applying them to the game. Additionally, there is a startup manager that allows launching other tools before launching GTA straight from the editor.

This program requires the .NET Framework 2.0 or later.
