Description

As the title and images show this is an Oceanic Police car, and since this is an MVL version, it does NOT replace the VCPD Cruiser, it is ADDED to the game and now VCPD will use a second Police Car.

Dont believe me download this mod and MVL and try it for yourself.

{MVL} What is it?

MVL is a tool which allows you to add extra vehicles to Vice City just by installing his tool, then just download mods that are in MVL format and paste the .7z archive included into the Vehicles folder and its loaded automatically into the game and does not replace any current vehicle.
