It gives new handling, new loadscreen, accessible stunt-arena, widescreen if press caps lock, no wanted level, no peds, fireproof, infinite health, infinite run, taxi boost jump enabled, indestructable cars, bikes, boats & helicopters, ped spawn, car selecter, and weather changer
