Description

Simple GTA IV Waterlevel tool.
With this tool, you can change the height of the water in Liberty City.

Download and extract it anywhere.

How does it work?
1. On startup, select your GTA IV installation folder.
2. Fill in the water height.
3. Press "set".
4. Play GTA IV.

If you want the original height back, press "Default".
