Description

This is a modernized version of the original soldier in Vice City.

The face has minor changes , and the soldiers now sport ARPAT camouflage.

ARPAT is the newest camouflage pattern for the U.S. Army. It consists of pixelized blotches, helping break up the shape of the soldier.
