Recently, I've requested a similar mod for Altair's Armor here http://www.thegtaplace.com/forums/topic/27289-mod-request-altairs-armor-for-gtasa/.

Hopelesly I didn't receive any answer about it so I've decided to create it on my own. I hope you like the results.
