Description

This skin will make Tommy look like he is wearing the 'Vercetti's useless guy's clothes . I think there are two advantages of this skin compared to simply using one of the original model and skin. Firstly, it will make it look as if Tommy has changed clothes (not become another person as would be the case with model change). Secondly, it is easier to use (you don't need to modify any of your game files to use this skin).
